The service is warm and attentive, with absolutely no hard selling or half-hearted effort; I leave feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated every time. If negative stars were a thing I would give it to this company. First I called to book an appointment, but I used a Groupon, which was about $20 cheaper. I was told she had no availability by Angela that she needed time for real paying customers. I understand using Groupon is a third-party company, but I still paid for a service. When I asked to speak to somebody else, she said there’s nobody else to speak to, and it sounded like she was driving. Not professional at all very rude then she insisted I canceled through Groupon but if you’ve ever use Groupon, you know you cannot get your money back. You have to use it for a different voucher. She said if I wanted my massage at the time that I was requesting, I had to be a real paying customer and pay at the massage place. do not put your stuff on Groupon if you’re not going to allow people to book because they used Groupon. not only did I not feel comfortable going to the massage, but I went ahead and booked with a different company using my Groupon credit.
